Nice building, pool breakfast and bar areas excellent

Our room on third floor was dark and felt cramped. Nowhere to hang bathrobes No real restaurant except for breakfast which was odd

Processed final bill twice and charged double to 2different cards. Very unsatisfactory explanation and very angry that processed this way with no assurance that it will be rectified

Location, parking and the outside pool was as expected for a 5 star hotel

The hotel is 5 star rated however there is no restaurant which was disappointing. The outside hot tub could also benefit from cleaning. We did not feel the cost was value for money or supported a 5 star rating.

Dusty rooms, unclean facilities, leaking bath, handles almost hanging off doors and massively overcharged.

The location was nice and the parking was safe.

5 star hotel, incredibly expensive yet facilities were poor, no food served at the hotel unless you wanted £20 microwaved pots of food, room was shabby, very dusty (clearly hadn't been clean for some time, photo evidence ), leaking shower/bath so had to put down one of the robes to stop us slipping over (video evidence), smoke detector hanging out of the ceiling (photographic evidence), bathroom taps moved/rotated and were not fixed properly (video evidence) and bathroom door handle almost hanging off (video evidence). Given that the room was around £400 per night it turns out they also charged us around another £100 for parking and breakfast, once of the most expensive breakfasts I've ever had considering how poor it was.

We had an amazing two day stay, incredible staff, beautiful room, fabulous bathroom, lovely pool, spotlessly clean, lovely breakfast. Our only comment is that the pillows need replacing, not comfortable at all. We don't think charging for parking is fair but it is secure. We highly recommend this hotel, however, it is not cheap!

Very friendly staff at the welcome and very cosy hotel. Great breakfast. 7 euros for crackers in the room might be at the expensive side, so stay away from them. All in all a very, very nice hotel, and will come back next time in Epernay.
