Catalonia Las Cortes Hotel

Exceptional boutique style hotel within walking distance to all attractions, museums, shopping, and dining options. Hotel staff was excellent and attentive to all of our needs. Highly recommend this hotel when staying in Madrid Centro.

The staff of this immaculate hotel was friendly and helpful. They were happy to help with questions on where to dine, making a reservation or answering general questions. The hotel has double windows, ensuring a quiet night for sleep. The hotel is attractively decorated and the bar area is delightful for a drink or snack. We loved the convenient location- all the sites we wanted to visit were in walking distance. Loved it!

The location was great, welcoming staff were so helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and very nice. Unfortunately, the air conditioning did not cool well the last night of our stay. We told them upon check-out and they just dismissed us.

The staff at this hotel were the most helpful that I have ever encountered. Nothing was too much trouble, we thought it was the best experience. The hotel is so well located with lots of cafes and bars and culture on the doorstep. Everywhere is walkable. We will be back for sure!

Overall we had a great stay, the room was nice, the staff were friendly and the food was good. Slightly let down by the tv remote not working, a very dark shower despite there being a light in it. And a dodgy elevator which was glitching and not closing properly so we had to go down a level to take the lift down a few times but found a knack to make it work!

The hotel was charming and in a great location, walking distance to everything we wanted to see. I would stay there again.

A solid hotel. Clean and a great staff. The room and the hotel had all that we needed. Location is also very good and safe.
