Alma Grand Place Hotel

Arrived well before check in but had no issues with storing my luggage in the property. Location is superb, basically on the edge of the main tourist area around Grand Place. Staff were friendly, efficient and helpful. Breakfast was a mix of Continental and more English style cooked food. My only concern was in room 503 the Bathroom is only accessible via a narrow wooden spiral staircase, which I was ok with but would be an issue for elderly, infirm or drunk guests. Overall though my one night stay was very enjoyable and I would stay at the Alma again.

All the people at the front desk were great. Enjoyed chatting with them. Room was pretty good although the bathtub/shower arrangement was a bit awkward. Overall a nice experience

Hotel was in great location - the room and building itself are bit tired and bathroom was very dated and looked dirty due to water/rust marks Staff was lovely and really welcoming.

Night time was noise from all those neighbourhood businesses that they load and unload their stuff...

The hotel room was quite spacious for the price and is located within walking distance of the places we wanted to see.
