Please note that in the event of a sporting occasion or concert coinciding with the date you choose to stay, the booking will be fully pre-payable and nonrefundable if canceled. Discounted 24-hour parking is available at Quay Street's multi-story NCP car park, located at CF10 1DZ.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. "One of the worst experiences ever."

Location near City Center

There are absolutely no parking spaces! The advertisement is a blatant lie. The cheapest parking is a 10-minute walk away and costs £25 for 24 hours. You have to check in through a fast-food restaurant next door. The elevator is broken and the steps are extremely high. The doors are noisy and broken, and the rooms are extremely run-down.

The location

Very rude staff on check in in a takeaway shop. Very dirty smelling room and property. TV doesn't work, WiFi not working. When go down to the shop talk with staff they tell you to get lost or they kick you out without refund.

Die Lage, Nähe Bus - und Zugstation

Treppenhaus teilweise sehr dunkel, Teppich mit Löchern. Zimmer riecht nach altem Fett. Fenster in eine Art Hinterhof. Restaurant entlüftet hier vermutlich. Es kam mehr Wasser aus dem Duschschlauch als aus dem Duschkopf

"Great value for money!"

Great location, very close to all the main attractions. The room was clean, spacious, comfortable and tidy. We arrived early and left later, and the staff were gentle in storing our bags without any additional charge.

We were in room 8, on the 4th floor with no lift. It's quite a challenge to get through the stairs if you have any mobility issues.
