"One night stay"

The host was difficult to reach by phone. The aircon was insufficient, so a really warm experience! Morning temperature outside (23 *C) was significantly cooler than in the room. Easy to find, close to the airport and could work for a one-night-stay.

"Very nice, BUT....."

Beautiful place, nice, comfy and clean room. Great location! Had a problem communicating with the owner. Sent a message via VRBO about our arrival time and that we needed airport transportation in the morning and never got a reply. When we showed up on the day of rental we were chastised for not answering her email and letting them know when we were arriving, even though I DID send a message but never got a reply. Little did I know the email was in my Spam and I never thought to look at it! Regardless the owner was able to set up transportation for us but at a cost of 20 Euros, instead of the free transportation stated on VRBO/Home Away. Come to find out it is free from 4:00 to 8:00 am only! Kind of a rip off since the airport is about 1 and 1/2 miles away! Not sure I would stay there again unless I made previous, more reasonable transportation arrangements.

"Nice villa!"

We booked this for our last night in Venice to be close to the airport since we had an early flight. Took the bus for 3€ and it was very easy. Walked for 5-10 minutes from the bus stop. Was pleasantly surprised when we arrived. Beautiful house and the directions received via email to enter the property were exact. Accommodations were clean and updated, breakfast food/drinks and the ride to the airport at 4:00 am was included. The only negative comment I can make is that the pillow was very hard. Other than that, I’d recommend this for the price and convenience.

This place is close to the Airport and also to a bus station that takes 20 min downtown Venice. Overall an exceptional value for money. I have nothing negative to say.

"Second visit and would go back."

We stayed for 1 night before and after a cruise sailing from Venice. The villa is only 2 stops on the bus from the airport and very clean and comfortable with friendly staff. It's our second visit to the villa and we would go back again.
