I didn’t realize this property was a B&B or I wouldn’t have booked it. We only needed a place for a short stay as we were headed to the airport very early. I think the host was a little upset that we arrived at midnight. She seemed perturbed. The listing on Expedia claimed free airport shuttle but she charged 20 Euro for a five minute ride to the airport by her husband. The shower didn’t have soap and we couldn’t find the remote control for the air conditioning. Perhaps if you don’t show up late and you’re not an American you’ll have an enjoyable stay.

Very romatic cute room heart design over bed with heart curtians. We loved room with modern shower. We loved did not have leave room for breakfast. Excellant!

"A gem of a stay"

It was a wonderful place to stay. The service was amazing. The room had such Italian Via charm, and they even arranged free shuttle transport for me and my family at 4am, complete with personalized breakfast on the go. I highly recommend this family friendly place.

Very great location for our one-night stay before leaving Venice on a very early flight. Staff very helpful and room very comfortable and roomy. Breakfast was prepackaged toast and pastries, which was perfect for us getting up early and heading to the airport. No issues with airport shuttle. Would highly recommend!

A very impersonal greeting and little to no feeling of welcome here. The room was clean and decorated in rustic charm with several packages foods for breakfast.The bed was 2 twin frames put together but the mattress was only a fairly thin queen and too hard and a bit lumpy. Would likely not stay again.

This hotel is very convenient to have a night near the airport. They provide a free one way shuttle. They also offer a readymade breakfast in the room.
