"We would stay again"

One of the best stay we have ever had. Everything was so clean, bright, ordered, and automated. The breakfast at the room was great. Both the checkin and the checkout were expedited. No rush. They offered a free shuttle to the airport. We would like they have a similar Villa at Lido island. Grazie mille.

Everything was great for our stay in this location. If we were to go back to Venice we would definitely consider staying here again. It is so easy to take the bus onto the island of Venice. Breakfast wasn't so important to us but that was a bit lacking in personal touch as everything is prepackaged and left in your room for you. We preferred to eat something when we got to Venice. The location is perfect for an early morning departure from Marco Polo Airport. Only a 15 too 20 minute bus ride to Venice.

"Excellent place close to airport"

Very nice property close to the airport. Room was awesome and fully upgraded with energy efficient amenities. Room had a small kitchenette and good to-go breakfast for folks checking out early like we did. Also very punctual airport shuttle at early hours of 4am. Thanks a lot to the owner and property manager[Ciciero]!

"Excellent accommodations while visiting Venice "

Accommodations were amazing, room was spacious and had exposed beams charm. Shower was amazing with above, side, and handheld water spray. Amenities were excellent, loved the fridge, coffee maker, and little sandwhich maker. Super cute place off the beaten path. If I could improve anything I would add a couple bottles of water or soda to the fridge as there is not a store convenient in the evenings. I will definitely stay here again on my next vacation.

"Nice B&B"

This is a nice but rather odd B & B. Rooms were spacious. Bathroom was modern and clean. AC and WIFI worked well. The hostess provided excellent directions for taking the bus. But it's just outside the airport so the local restaurants and grocery store are quite underwhelming. Definitely grab lunch or dinner before you head to this place. Also, the B&B is a bit awkward to access. You have to let the hostess know exactly when you're arriving so that the security gate can be opened. It's important to know that the airport shuttle from the B&B to the airport only runs from 4AM - 8AM. You don't find that out until after you've booked a room. That being said, we would stay there again if we needed an affordable place near the airport. It's clean, comfortable and well-run.
