"Very pretty bed and breakfast near the airport"

The property and house were very pretty. We only stayed here one night before a very early flight the next morning, departing from the Venice airport. The room was quiet and we did not hear airplanes at all, which was very nice. It was very close and convenient for us to get to the airport, which was what we were looking for. It was also very convenient to get to the main city of Venice. We were given some packaged foods that were in our room for breakfast, but all of them contained dairy- cows milk, and my son and I are very allergic, so we could not eat the in room breakfast. As I stated, we left very early and only spent one night, so it could be possible that if we stayed they also provide additional fresh food options?

"Nice peaceful place to stay"

As soon as you reach villa they look after you, gives you detail of locall bus service which is only 5 min walk. Defo come back

"Nice and quiet place"

well, to begin with - Venice is loaded with tourist all the time that coming for a day or two so we didn't expect the best service. So, some point on the place 1. This is not a hotel but a villa with rooms 2. The host is the villa owner 3. There isn't a breakfast but some packed cakes and packed toast on the table and some milk and yogurt on fridge. 4. If you need transportation to airport you need to inform the landlord by mail few days ahead. 5. Not sure if the sheets are changed between the guests 6. In the overall for one day this is a nice place

Such a secluded place to stay during a visit to Venice. The Villa provided a complimentary shuttle from the airport and wonderful instructions on how to use public transport to and from Venice.

This is a very convenient place to stay, close to Venice airport. A free transfer to the airport is included although the guest house is easily reached by bus either from the railway station or the airport. The room was nice and roomy with an excellent en-suite bathroom. There was a very functional kitchenette house within a kind of wardrobe. Breakfast was left in the room, in kit form, the day before. This was very useful for getting an early start into Venice before the crowds. The room was airconditioned. Although the temperature could not be altered, it was just about right -- not freezing! The only real downside was the bed: hard and bouncy. This might suit some folk, but I had difficulty sleeping.

"Really nice hotel"

We arrived to this hotel after a cruise, the taxi knew it by name and for about 25 euros took us from the cruise terminal to the hotel (4 of us & our luggage). The receptionist was friendly and booked our ride to the airport for our 6:30 am flight at 4:15 am (this is a complimentary service. We went to our room (with an elevator) and it was beautiful and comfortable & breakfast was in a little kitchen so we could eat before we left!

"Not nice owner"

Good place very near to Venice airport, nice Joyce and good environment. Pitty that the owner treatment so unpleasant
