"Good location."

Hotel arranged free airport pick up which was great. Room had everything we needed and bathroom was lovely. Didn't like the d.i.y. breakfast in the room though. Tea making using microwave not ideal.

"Don't book for post cruise."

This was our second time staying here. Two years ago we had a pleasant stay. This time not so good. The rooms was nice (same room), but checking in is very frustrating. We were staying after a cruise, but they seem to think you can tell them exactly when you will arrive. I told them weeks in advance that we would arrive probably between 11 - 12. Apparently the owners now rely on others to do the check-in, and she was not arriving until noon, so the owners let us leave our luggage, but we could not stay. We had to walk back to the village on the main road and hang around at the coffee shop for over 2 hours (instead of going back into Venice). Finally we were able to check in (the lady who now does the check in was very nice). By the time we finally got back to Venice, it was about 2:00 pm. Also, the air conditioner took a long time to cool down the room.

"Exceptional"

Great airport hotel! We walked there from VCE - about a 20 minute walk. Stayed for one night and had an early flight the next morning. Shuttle was on time (unlike our flight!). Staff was welcoming, room was excellent, and directions for getting to downtown Venice were quite helpful. Highly recommend!

"OK replacement for Villa ai Tigli, not the same."

Appreciated the late night pick up. We were a little disappointed to learn that our room was not available because the previous guests had "broken the bed". we were moved to a fine comparable location, but were disappointed not to experience the grounds at Villa ai Tigli. Instead we were right on the main road.

"Nice for one night"

One night before flying out of Venice. Nice room, didn't eat breakfast supplies left in room since we have lounge access at the airport. AC was fine, bed just ok, shower was large but had to be careful of shower floor which could be slippery. Easy walk to restaurants and was pointed to the low cost gas station to refill our rental car. it fit our needs just fine.
