Goldstar Appartements Nice

A clean spacious comfortable room but I believe this property needs some serious remodeling and upgrading to be a 4 star property. There was a big stain on the couch in the main area that we ended up putting a bedding sheet on it to cover it. I will give it 3 out of 5.

Good: walking distance to promenade and Old Town. Bad: older property w outdated rooms. Found cigarette butts in our bathroom without compensation. Old bathroom w/out proper shower

This is notna 4* hotel. 3* at best. Maybe when it was built 30 years ago it was great , but somewhere in the middle , someone gave up on his dream of maintaining this property.

We were happy to find this place pretty last minute, and reasonably priced compared to other properties in Nice. Having a small kitchen is a must on long trips, and we found multiple small grocery stores within 2-4 minutes walk from the hotel. Loads of bakeries, coffee shops, restaurants and shops nearby, laundromat on the next corner and only a few blocks from the beach. Great location, very safe to walk around and very central. Street parking is basically unavailable, so we opted to pay for underground parking from the hotel. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again if we come back to Nice :)

The only reason i selected not the top for comfort is ONLY due to the AC! It was very humidish hot in there at the lowest setting highest fan. But it really is a great location, friendly staff, spacious 1 bdrm with kitchenette. Otherwise it was GREAT

Room was great, location was perfect, we found the room to be a good size. Staff was great to deal with.
