Nunca dejo review de donde me alojo a traves de todos mis viajes, aunque reconozco que veo los review de otras persons para tomar mi decision de donde alojarme. Lamentablemente en este viaje me asegure que todos los hoteles ofrecieran aire acondicionado, sin embargo cuando llegamos al hotel no habia, cosa que me incomodo, despues de haver viajado por mas de 12 horas sin dormir bien. La recepcion indico que aun lo tenian para heater y que al otro dia iba a ver aire acondicionado, cosa que no ocurrio. Aparte que la persona que me atenndio no fue lo mas agradable ante la situacion, otra situacion fue que no habia caja fuerte y nos trajeron una y despues de 4 horas no funcionaba y no pude sacar nada de ella hasta el otro dia porque no habia nadie quien pudiera resolverlo. Por favor antes de quedarse en este hotel, piensenlo

Spacious family room in a quiet boutique hotel in Chamartin area. Breakfast was delicious. Staff was nice, area was safe and easy taxi ride to the airport or train station. There is room service, a restaurant inside and another one next door. I would definitely stay here again.

we were the only family staying, but the family room was clean, comfortable and the breakfast was decent. the parking isnt free, and the dinner is overpriced, but overall the hotel is easy to get to and comfortable.

Nice hotel, good location, quite funky! Arte hotel..! Nice room.Nice furniture and nice art of the walls. Good check in process. Nice shower. Shame that there is no tea coffee making facilities in the room - wouldn't cost much to put a kettle in there! Close to Chamartin station and a short ride from the airport.

I was given a room which had no curtains, I ďid not notice until I was ready to sleep. The next morning I reported this to reception & I was told that I should have mentioned this during check in. I did not sleep great due to street lights coming inside the zoom turning my room into a night club. The shower was great and the bed was comfortable.
