Hotel Mirador de Chamartin

After having reserved a room for one night, I called to have my stay lengthened to two nights. When I finally spoke to someone after calling three times, the employee told me there was no problem and that he would change the reservation. Upon arriving to the hotel, a different employee quite rudely told me that my reservation was for one night only. I politely asked her to add another night and she promptly refused, with a terrible tone, and told us that if we wanted to reserve the room we would have to reserve online. She was perhaps the rudest hotel employee I have ever encountered. When we did go up to the room (for one night) it was dirty, missing towels and had stains on the bedding. The “bathroom” has no door and is completely visible from the entrance door. This hotel and it’s service is terrible, avoid at all costs.

Wonderful stay. I always stay here - near the airport, Feria/Exhibition. Great chef in the Kitchen. Super staff. Rooms great. Easy to get to centre via closeby metro and bus service. Amazing!

Great hotel! Lovely rooms but …. Disgusting room service! Do not under any chance order food from their restaurant. Breakfast is fine, room service is NOT fine!!

Staff was great and hotel was cool, while being in a quiet and easy part of town.

We stayed over Christmas 2022, using the hotel as a base to visit family who live nearby. We didn’t spend much time in the hotel itself - though the bar/restaurant looked welcoming - but the room was exceptionally comfortable and the location perfect for us. Staff gave us a warm welcome.

Really great, my second stay here. Such nice people, great rooms and bathrooms, nice service. Convenient, close to airport and the metro - and bus stop. Take the Sol/Sevilla bus to the centre and get a wonderful view of this amazing city.

There were some positives and some negatives to this hotel. Overall it would have been a relatively positive had the temperature issue highlighted not been so key. Positives: - Accomodating hotel staff - Lovely little lobby and breakfast area - Comfortable bed - Great shower Negatives: - Room temperature excruciatingly hot with no adjustment as it's controlled centrally (by far the biggest issue) - Thin walls - Not much natural light - Not so close to the metro (but I already knew about this, just making others aware)

Most welcomeing staff we arrived early and got checked in early 12 am which was so pleasant as traveling for 11 hrs. Room was first class and good amenities quite Bit out from city center but only 15 min from airport 25 euro taxi In rural setting so quite setting good restaurant close by metro 15 min walk away
