We loved the hospitality and kindness of me. Maurizio and of courze I need to mention the main point of the hotel is the view of Rome and the landscape specially from our bedroom.

We loved everything.

We spent 4 nights at the property. Mauricio the owner is amazing - reluctant to help and advise. The room was big, and the panorama from the porch is fantastic. the location is good with multiple resturants within 15 min drive.

the shower was very old, although clean. it sprayed water outside and it made us laugh, but I guess some people can find it annoying. in 2 out of 3 breakfast we had the Italian breakfast due to missing staff. for us it was OK, but I guess it can impact satisfaction for some.

Echt een mooi rustig plekje in drukke omgeving. Prachtig landhuis met mooie kamers en geweldige uitzicht. Heerlijk zwembad en lekker ontbijt. Maurizio is een erg lieve enthousiaste man die je overal bij wilt helpen en leuk kan vertellen. Op een paar minuten zitten goede restaurants. Het is 7 minuten rijden naar het station en vanuit daar 30 minuten met de trein naar Rome.

De douche kan wel een opknapbeurt gebruiken

The attention to detail and wonderful location. Maurizio went above and beyond to make our stay an excellent experience for us and the little one.

Our stay at Tenuta Cusmana was absolutely wonderful. The property is spectacular – beautifully maintained and set in a tranquil location just outside of Rome, it feels like a true escape from the city. What really made the experience extra special, was Maurizio. He was such a lovely host, welcoming, attentive, and genuinely kind, and his warmth made us feel right at home. It’s clear how much care and heart he puts into looking after both the property and his guests.

Maurizio is a very warm and welcoming host, very forthcoming and helpful to give recommendations as what to see or where to eat during your stay. The house and it’s surroundings are all you can wish for, beautiful vistas and tranquil inspite of its proximity to Rome. The lovely breakfast offers a variety including egg dishes of your choice to fresh fruit and yougurt. Thank you Maurizio for having us staying in your lovely house!

Beautiful grounds! Our host Mauricio was fabulous and very attentive!

Mauricio is a wonderful host and human! We needed a place to rest and reset while traveling. The pool was fabulous, and his homebaked croissant was the best! And the view of the property was exceptional!

We loved the views, the pool was incredible, the hospitality is next level. Maurizio might possibly be the nicest host we’ve ever met. He was so friendly with our daughter and so accommodating. They literally helped us with anything we asked for. provided breakfast each morning was incredible, fresh eggs, crêpes, juice, very nice spread.

The bed could be more comfortable.
