Maurizio couldn’t do enough for us, we had a very friendly, warm welcome, he showed us around and gave us details on places to visit and eat in the local area. Pool area had a lovely vista and was a good temperature to swim in. Rooms and hotel in general was very clean.

The hotel rooms were comfortable and spacious, maybe the bathrooms could do with updating but they were perfectly ok and very clean.

Fantastisk beliggenhet, i Italiensk landsbygd og nære Roma. Råeste utsikten over Roma by. Personlig oppfølging og service med booking av lunsj, middager og opplevelser. Alt her er 10/10.

Posizione fantastica, il panorama è incredibile ed è anche molto comodo per arrivare a Roma, in pochi minuti di auto si può raggiungere la metro. Siamo stati 10 giorni, la piscina è molto bella e perfetta per rilassarsi e rinfrescarsi. Il Sig. Maurizio, gentilissimo e premuroso, ci ha fornito tante informazioni utili per visitare i tanti siti interessanti in zona. La colazione è ottima, con tanta scelta. Siamo stati molto bene, torneremo senz’altro!

Francesco ist ein außergewöhnlich freundlicher und sehr hilfsbereiter Mensch! Er hat uns tolle Ausflugstips gegeben!

Maurizio was the highlight of the property, such a wonderful host and so attentive. Breakfast was lovely, and gluten free was provided on request which was a wonderful touch. The area around the property and the property itself was so peaceful, much needed after 3 busy days in Rome.

Magnifica tenuta con giardino mediterraneo curatissimo. Lo staff si è da subito dimostrato accogliente senza essere invadente, disponibile a fornire ogni tipo di indicazione o suggerimento. La piscina è un valore aggiunto, molto pulita e silenziosa. La colazione semplice e abbiamo apprezzato la possibilità di avere piatti espressi (crepes, uova, ecc). Un luogo dal panorama meraviglioso e ben tenuto dai proprietari, che ci mettono tanta passione e cura. Zona strategica per raggiungere le località dei Castelli. Super consigliato per staccare la spina e godersi il relax nel verde.

Het was een heerlijk landhuis in de heuvels bij Rome met een spectaculair uitzicht. We hebben enorm genoten, ook door het lekkere zwembad en de verrukkelijke ontbijtjes. De host was buitengewoon vriendelijk!

Jammer dat er geen bar was of terras. Het zou wat modernisering of een opknapbeurt kunnen gebruiken. Maar die kleine puntjes wogen niet op tegen de positieve punten.
