Perfecte gastheer. Perfecte locatie met een geweldig uitzicht over Rome. Ruime kamer. Het ontbijt was prima en royaal. Maurizio is een leuke, perfecte gastheer, die er alles aan doet om je thuis te laten voelen. Bovendien is het een hele geestige man. De tuin en het zwembad zijn prachtig, maar het weer liet het niet toe daar gebruik van te maken. Parkeren op eigen terrein.

De badkamer is groot en alles doet het prima, maar is gedateerd.

Tout, c'est un ancien domaine viticole, transformé en petit hôtel, situé à +- 15 minutes de la station de métro pour se rendre au centre de Rome, dès notre arrivé Maurizio le patron est totalement à notre service, il vous présente plein de bons plans pour Rome, le domaine la piscine et les chambres. la piscine est magnifique avec 40° vous en profitez un maximum. La clientèle est très respectueuse pas de ballon ou autres gadget qui vous empêche de profiter pleinement de vos vacances en toute décontraction, nous étions maximum 10 autours de cette grande piscine et tout le monde n'est pas dans l'eau en même temps donc ce n'est absolument pas gênant. Nous avions 2 chambres, toutes deux avec des terrasses , grandes chambres et super propres. La vue à 360° sur Rome est les alentours est magnifique. Le petit déjeuner peut surprendre car au premier abord il n'y a pas grand chose de présenter sauf que Maurizio vous offre tout ce que vous souhaitez, oeufs, crêpes etc etc. Un tout grand merci à Djenaba pour la préparation des petits déjeuners et la propreté des chambres.

Rien tout est ok peut être une table de tennis de table mais qui pourrait peut être gêner les autres clients

Prekrasno mjesto u blizini Rima, predivna priroda, veliki bazen, teniski teren, mali obiteljski hotel na čelu s divnim Mauriziom koji je tu u svakom trenutku da Vam da poneki prijedlog i savjet vezano za vaš boravak u Rimu i posluži najbolje palačinke. 😀

Ultima tappa del nostro mini giro d’Italia 9 regioni in 12 giorni, siamo nel cuore dei castelli romani. Abbiamo scelto questa tenuta per la logistica , per la bella piscina ma soprattutto il panorama di Roma e delle colline che si gode da quassù. Un venticello fresco costante che nelle giornate di agosto ci ha regalato puro respiro . Cicale ed uccelli spezzano il silenzio , abbiamo dormito bene . Poi c’è Maurizio il padrone della casa ,dove abita con il fratello ed il padre , Personaggio che ti accoglie , ti prepara la colazione e suggerisce il meglio della zona . Cordiale , discreto , ci ha fatto sentire a casa . Ci sono solo 6 stanze , un ampio parcheggio nella pineta . Vedute di ulivi e vigneti . La strada è facile , siamo a 5 minuti dal centro di grottaferrata, serve la macchina ovviamente o una bella passeggiata. La colazione è semplice con un plus di uova fresche del loro orto , da cui ricavano ottime creps o omelette in base alle vostre richieste. La stanza denominata Sonia era la nostra , con un terrazzo a 180 gradi spettacolare. Tenete conto che le camere sono un po’ vecchiotte o in stile con la tenuta che esiste da 4 generazioni. Comunque non manca la tv , il frigo e tutto il necessario. Abbiamo passato due notti perfette ,visitando la zona e rilassandoci in piscina . Maurizio ci ha regalato un check out più lungo, su nostra richiesta x partire con più calma , visto che avevamo la nave da Livorno in serata . Grazie 🙏 Rosadei20😊

A very nice and clean property with pool and tennis court. Stunning view and very well kept garden. The bed is very comfortable and the rooms good with a terrace with a stunning view. Maurizio the owner is an excellent host, helpful in every aspect and a very nice and friendly person. The location with only 35 min from Rome city center and restaurants nearby in the village is excellent. Very quiet

Magical place, relaxing. The host Maurizio is a wonderful person that gave us a great hospitality. The breakfast was delicious- my daughter will miss the crep with Nutella.

A beautiful hotel set up on the hills with stunning views over the surrounding area, just outside of Rome. We stayed at Tenuta Cusmano for 3 nights and had a wonderfully peaceful stay. The pool is a lovely size, and a great place to relaz. It overlooks the tennis court and views around the area. The rooms are great, equipped with aircon and a private balcony to enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the sunset. The breakfast at the hotel is amazing, freshly made to order with many options available. Highly recommend the scrambled eggs, with cheese pancetta and tomatoes! Maurizio is an incredible host, generous and kind, welcoming you into his home and made sure we had a fantastic stay. Provided us with lovely dinner recommendations, the nearest is a 5 minute walk away, with other options available in the town nearby which is a 15-20min walk. All offer local ingredients and wine and provide an authentic Italian experience. We did not hire a car for the trip, but Maurizio had many recommendations if you wished to go further afield.

Prachtige locatie, enorme gastvrijheid en fantastische reis- en eettips. De tuin, het zwembad en het uitzicht zijn magnifiek.
