El trato de todo el personal. Un buffet de calidad con una buena restauración. Las instalaciones limpias y muy cuidadas.

El equipo de animadores/as genial. Las actuaciones externas pobres. Enfocado claramente a los niños. A las 22:30h todos a la cama, pero en la verbena de San Juan también... Una discoteca para los padres, un bar exclusivo para cócteles en la piscina molaría. Aún así, genial 👍

El espectáculo de magia desfasado los niños son del 2020 y en el móvil quita toda la magia hay que sorprenderlos con otras cosas

El hotel en si es precioso, muy limpio y el personal excelente.

No me gustó nada el horario de cierre tan temprano, por ejemplo de la piscina con toboganes infantil (18:00). Enfocado absolutamente al británico ese horario . Optamos por ese hotel justamente por lo que ofrece al público infantil y la piscina de toboganes o el castillo de chorros era el mayor atractivo para nuestra hija. Alargarlo a la 20:00.
