Primeramente la poca información que te dan a la llegada. Para ser un hotel 5estrellas está muy deteriorado las instalaciones

Les chambres sont spacieuses et propres. Le restaurant Gold level est de qualité. L’hôtel est calme est bien tenu (hors partie réal adventure : animations plus bruyantes le soir). Le personnel est attentionné. Parking couvert inclus.

L’établissement est excentré, voiture indispensable. La piscine pourrait être plus chauffée, température un peu limite lorsque la météo est mitigée. L’aménagement des chambres familiales pourrait être amélioré : canapé convertible inconfortable même pour des enfants (il y aurait suffisamment d’espace pour ajouter 2 lits simples). Manque de clarté sur les prestations incluses en fonction du niveau sélectionné (Gold, demi-pension…). Buffet partie all-inclusive n’est pas terrible. L’hôtel correspond plus à un 4*.

What did we like: the view was beautiful from our room, the rooms were lovely with a walk in wardrobe and large bathroom. The staff were lovely and the pool in the main area and pool deck were beautiful. The food was mediocre; one family we met had stayed in an all inclusive before and they said the food was pretty poor. We hadn't done this type of holiday before so didn't know what to expect re.the food. Probably could have been better quality for a 5 star hotel.

We booked this hotel becuase the photos of the facilities for kids looked amazing, splash pad, slides etc. Well, on arrival we are told its an extra 130 euro per day for a family of three to use the kids facilities. Let's be clear about what this means, there is ABSOLUTEY NOTHING for kids if you dont pay the 130 euro. Not even A PLAYGROUND!!! WTF. I was appalled! On arrival and seeing this whole layout, which by the way, is not explained anywhere on anything in advance of booking, I was completely disgusted by this price and the fact that we had been completely scammed into coming here and paying a huge price for a room based on photos that didn't even apply to us!! 130 euro extra per day for a family of 3 to use the kids facilities is just a huge amount of money. To be exact; 50 per adult and 30 per child so thats 160 for a family of 4 or 190 for a family of 5 etc. Our daughter could see the slides and playground etc and consistently asked to use them but we had to say no because its too expensive. We were not the only ones to be duped by this BS either. A few other families we met had the same complaint. After complaining profusely and telling the staff I felt like I had been scammed, they gave me one free day. What a joke. Disgusted. Never coming back to this hotel. NEVER. After saving for months to even be able to stay here thinking it would be the best thing ever for our kid and seeing that price on arrival, I honestly felt like crying. It was awful. Other downsides: the weather was very cold when we stayed and the pools were not heated, our daughter didn't want to go swimming due to the cold water. Its also very far out of town so be prepared for that. the "entertainment location" was a bit outdate. And again.. their "kids area" called "real adventure" was off limits in the evening if you hadn't paid the 130 euro. Eugh so annoyed.
