Personal atento, estancias cómodas decoradas con exquisitez, ubicación perfecta, la suite muy amplia y con una cama muy cómoda. No cabe duda que es un hotel con muchísimo encanto y siempre te quedan las ganas de volver.

Todo! El sitio es precioso, un sueño dentro del Albaicín. La cama era comodisima, el personal super atento y amable y todo de 10! Repetiría sin duda. La ubicación inmejorable.

"Absolute fantastic"

What an absolute Gem! From check-in, we were early so asked to drop suitcase and if any recommendations for lunch, map with directions and recommendations for local foods provided enthusiastically. Rooms where out of this world, more authentic and rustic, with modern bathroom, fittings and an absolute perfect mattress! The room and bathroom were immaculately clean, as were all if the communal areas. The 24 hour Tea, coffee and hot chocolates, were a lovely surprise. Not to mention afternoon tea 4pm to 6pm, sandwiches, cakes, light snacks and fresh juices, all part of your room rate. This hotel is simply a must stay in Granada!

"Zauberhaftes Hotel"

Ein super stilvolles Hotel mit ganz besonderem charm. Man fühlt sich wie in einer Burg / Schloss mit dem wundervollen Innenhof. Im ganzen Hotel sind Lilien verteilt, die wundervoll duften. Der kostenlose Afternoon-Tea ist toll um ein wenig Ruhe am Nachmittag zu genießen. Eine absolute Empfehlung und ruhige Wohlfühloase mitten in der Stadt! :) Wir haben spontan eine Nacht verlängert, da es uns so gut gefallen hat!

"Vitality of Granada"

Wonderful staff and location. Hotel has a courtyard that adds an ambience to the entire property. Staff were very helpful and location is wonderful. Granada has lots to offer and we took full advantage of our five days at this wonderful property.
