Art Hotel Varese

Art Hotel Varese is very well located within short walking distance from the historic centre where someone can find nice restaurants, bars and shops. It is also very convenient to use it as a hub for several activities in the area such as hiking, cycling, trekking etc. The hotel is in a very good condition with comfortable rooms. I'd definitely recommend it for a short stay in the area.

Arrivate in hotel verso le 10 di sera,saliamo in camera e il primo impatto è stato stupore per la bellezza,peccato che dopo essere andata in bagno e aver fatto la doccia,tutti gli scarichi si sono intasati contemporaneamente e ha iniziato a uscire acqua anche dalle fughe del pavimento del bagno.Ovviamente la puzza ha invaso la stanza e subito ho chiamato in reception per comunicare la situazione,mi hanno proposto un'altra stanza inferiore a quella prenotata,oltre ad essere gelata. comunichiamo in reception che il riscaldamento non funzionava e solo dopo 3 chiamate il personale è venuto in camera e si è reso conto che era staccato il quadro elettrico.L'indomani la signora in reception ci dice che era dispiaciuta per l'accaduto e solo dopo aver sottolineato il nostro disagio si è proposta di offrirci un caffè,che ovviamente abbiamo rifiutato. Credo che gli imprevisti possano capitare,il mio rammarico è stato la cattiva gestione,una camera pagata 90€ non può essere in quello stato e soprattutto avendo subito un disagio non posso poi essere spostata in una stanza inferiore e gelida.Inoltre il giorno dopo avevano mille modi per recuperare, rimborsando l'intera o parte della stanza o offrendoci la colazione spontaneamente,tutto questo non è successo.

Una villa immersa nel verde, camere silenziose e con tutti i comfort, compreso SKY (open) cosa ormai molto rara da trovare.. Ho soggiornato 2 notti nel week end cenando al ristorante dell'hotel a cui devo dare il massimo dei voti! La rivisitazione della pappa al pomodoro 10!! (anche il polipo arrostito merita..) Raramente lascio una recensione, ma mi sono trovato veramente bene, a presto.

Es ist ein zentral gut gelegenes Hotel. Zu Fuss sind es nur ca 8 Min. Die Zimmer sind neu renoviert. Leider hatten wir das Pech, dass unser Zimmer neben dem Lift und der Abstellkammer lag. Man hörte am Morgen die Reinigungsfrau arbeiten. Wir haben eigentliches ein ruhiges Zimmer gebucht, wir bekamen aber ein Zimmer direkt oberhalb der Staubsaugeranlage, die den ganzen Tag lief. Nachts war es ruhig, aber selbst am Sonntag wurde die Anlage um 8.30 Uhr wieder angestellt. Ans Ausschlafen war demzufolge nicht zu denken. Auch die Zufahrtstrasse hatte grosse Löcher. Wenn man kein Jeep hat, etwas ungünstig. Das Frühstück war gut. Trotzdem würden wir nicht mehr dort buchen.

Das Hotel ist sehr gute gelegen, jedoch ist die nahe stark befahrende Strasse die ganze Nacht über stark zu stören. Unser Zimmer lag direkt über den Rest/Bar, im schönen Wetter verweilen die Gäste sehr lange ( 02.00h) morgens im Freien und feiern ... wenig erbauend

Lovely 19 century remodelled villa. Pleasant garden surroundings and comfortable rooms in close proximity (walking distance) to historic down town area with elegant boutiques and lots of bars and restaurants. Great stay and friendly service. Thanks!

For the first 24 hours we had no hot water Breakfast was sooo disappointing, very basic!! We will never go back to this hotel!

Hi everyone, Last weekend we had a booking from friday 15th september to sunday 17 september. Unfortunately, due to unpredictable family reasons we had to change our plans for our week-end and we were not able to arrive on Friday as expected. (In addition we had to change train tickets and flight but this is not related to the hotel) We arrived at the hotel on Saturday 16th at 13h00 and left the same day at 15h00. Knowing that we announced the day before that we would not be able to arrive on Friday, and that we would not stay the evening of the Saturday neither, we were very surprised to see that the hotel has not proposed any commercial gesture or arrangement. At least not charging one of the 2 nights would have been very appreciated from us... Unfortunately the team present at the hotel at this time was not able to make such decision. I wrote an email to ask to reconsider and maybe see if they can reimburse one night. It would have been very appreciated. Unfortunately this has not been the case...

A short walk from town centre and ample parking etc. Lovely big rooms
