Hotel Mäuerle

For a three star, hotel was clean with a very good location. However the rooms were hot with no air condition and no cross ventilation.

Traveling frequently for business throughout the world I have never been greeted and treated so rudely in my life. The owners are rude and never around to help and even the room only got serviced 1x in 4 days and never any soap. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL IS MY RECOMMENDATION

Hotel is conveniently located in Lindau but the staff are rude and unhelpful. There was a lady who checked us in who did nothing more than give us the key and show us the room. She could not give us any information about parking and the advertised free parking on hotels.com did not exist. The car park opposite the hotel was free overnight but charged 1.60 euro/hour from 8am. The next morning at check-out, there was another man who took our key and complained about giving us a receipt. When asked if he would mind storing our luggage for a few hours, he just told us to leave it in the main corridor without even paying attention to how many pieces we had or what our luggage looked like. The place was also over-priced for what it offered. There are plenty of other options available that I would definitely use next time.

Overpriced. I had three times the room n Salsburg for 40% of the price. Similar room in Florence for 35% of the price, etc. Other than overpriced , the breakfast was excellent, the location was perfect for the event I was attending.

It was a little run down and parking was expensive and management was rude..

Nice location within Lindau and good breakfast. Big room downstairs with large bathroom.

Our room is in the basement. It's actually not a guest room but more like a storeroom. Unpleasant smell, dirt on bed sheet, I cannot sleep at all as I felt itchy when lying on the bed. Thought of leaving the hotel immediately, but it has charged me 99 Euro. Terrible experience!

They don't take credit cards.

This was a nice reasonable B&B in Lindau. It was easy to access even from the train station. They also provided a great breakfast.

no WiFi in public areas, no WiFi in rooms, You have to pay the fee to park car near the hotel. we don't want to come back to this hotel anymore.
