"Hostel honesto "

O hostel é bom, deixa a desejar na manutenção, mas não é algo tão precário, eu me hospedaria de novo com certeza. O café da manhã é bom, os atendentes são prestativos e educados.

hotel não fornecia toalhas. papel higiênico faltou no sanitário. pouca ou nenhuma importância dos empregados com os hóspedes. decepção. a calefação não tinha controle. amanheci com a cabeça estourando!

"Don't bother"

Terrible place. First they gave me the 'wrong room' and came and kicked me out at 1130pm and made me move instead of just giving the other guest my room. They say they give heading but the place was freezing. The space heaters in the room do not work. It was a full house and they ran out of plates cups and hot water at breakfast and did not replenish. There are only 4 showers for all guests who share. The toilets are in the same stalls as showers so cannot use bathroom if someone is showering. Poor set up. Water in sinks ice cold. Lots better options in town. Skip this place

Reception staff were unhelpful and lazy. Beautiful building, private room was ok. shower was hot but no soap or bath mat. Good location.

"Intérieur pas en adéquation avec l'extérieur"

Bàtiment avec beaucoup de charme et de cachet, les extérieurs sont bien entretenus et coquets, mais les chambres manquent de finitions et de netteté : installation électrique dangereuse, pas de volets ou rideaux occultants, pas de chauffage donc atmosphère glaciale dans la chambre et la salle de bains, trappe ouverte sur les combles dans le plafond de la chambre, petit dej basique dans le patio glacial

"Hotel grande e bem localizado, mas antigo..."

O quarto não é tão grande, mas atende às necessidades. Infelizmente, apesar do frio da cidade, a calefação só pode ser ligada no inverno (segundo informação do funcionário na recepção). Tivemos uma das noites mais frias de nossa vida! Ponto positivo é a localização.

"Habitaciones amplias"

El hotel estuvo bien en general, solo recomendaría llamar previamente para confirmar la reserva si uno va llegar tarde. Las habitaciones son amplias, limpias, cuentan con estufas y ducha caliente (lo cual es muy importante por el clima)

Overall La Casona is above average, but the only disadvantage is their wifi network is sucks, you can only able to get network at reception area, only whatsapp can access at room . Moreover their wifi network is very slow, If you looking for a good wifi network hostel, I don't think La Casona is your best choice .
