Great location, staff very friendly recommended good restaurants nearby. Rooms a little tired but breakfast, cleanliness and location more than made up for it. Very hard to find in the car as entrance isn’t obvious. Situated in a side road in the old town. Camoens car park is cheapest.

Hotel classificado como 4 estrelas mas é 3 estrelas . Não tem nada de extraordinário nos quartos nem no café da manhã que é bem básico . Lencois de qualidade porém travesseiros duros . Os quartos são grandes e banheiro também mas é um hotel antigo com piso do quarto em carpete . Os pontos positivos foram localização bem central , dando para fazer os pontos turísticos a pé, os funcionários da recepção e café da manhã muito gentis . Destaco que na descrição dizia estacionamento grátis , porém o hotel não tem estacionamento . Tem 3 vagas que fica na rua e estava cheio , então tivemos que pagar estacionamento público .

Excelente suíte com muito conforto e espaço, café da manhã maravilhoso e o atendimento fantástico, principalmente no café da manhã.

The hotel staff were excellent. The room was a nice size and very clean. They had an excellent breakfast. The hotel is in a very good location and is in walking distance to everything. The parking is limited but the staff offers valet service to accommodate their guests which was greatly appreciated.
