Only a few minutes walk from the boat dock, very close to restaurants and bars. Super helpful staff. Lovely spacious comfortable huge bed.

The cleaner making a racket around 0700 moving pool furniture around, it was like nails being dragged down a chalk board. They should tidy the furniture at night when the pool closes.

Ubicacion perfecta, buen barrio y esta cerca del aeropuerto y de los lugares de salida de los tours. El desayuno es muy rico, es todos los dias casi igual pero tiene suficientes opciones (fruta, huevos, pan, granola, etc). Habitaciones lindas y limpias (hacen aseo diario). Además guardan tu equipaje si llegas antes del horario del check in.

Tuvimos problemas con el aire acondicionado, pero nos ofrecieron cambiarnos a una pieza más grande hasta que solucionaran el problema.

ES UN BUEN HOTEL; PERO, NO LE HAN PUESTO ATENCIÓN A LAS QUEJAS DEL LAVAMANOS. OJALÁ! LO MEJOREN Y TODO QUEDARÁ BIEN.

ATENCIÓN.......EL PÉSIMO OLOR DESPEDIDO DEL LAVAMANOS, ES HORRIBLE. (Le falta respiradero al sistema). YA SE HABÍA QUEJADO OTRO HUÉSPED con anterioridad. Deben fumigar x cucarachas vistas. PISCINA, REQUIERE MAYOR LIMPIEZA. ESPERO QUE ME MANDEN NOTA ACLARATORIA, YA QUE ME GUSTARÍA RECOMENDAR EL HOTEL... SOY PANAMEÑO Y EN MI FAMILIA, QUEREMOS MUCHO A BOCAS DEL TORO.

Que cierran demasiado temprano el uso de la piscina, se supone que uno va a vacacionar no a dormir temprano

No window in the room and the description of the room is misleading- definitely not soundproof rooms, you can hear literally everything that’s going on in the hotel. We woke up at 7 am hearing children playing in the lobby.
