La ubicación.

No nos gustó la atención del personal, no son para nada amables, personas muy indiferentes. Jamás nos preguntaron cómo estuvo nuestra estadía o si necesitábamos algo. La chica que nos atendió en el check in se molestó porque le fui a pedir cambio de habitación ya que nos dejaron en un cuarto en un edificio frente al hotel lo que iba a ser un tanto incómodo al momento de ir a la piscina. Fue muy desagradable y prepotente, incluso les preguntó a un par de personas que se encontraban en la recepción si ella me había maltratado o no dado que yo le dije que debía ser más amable, situación que me hizo sentir muy incómoda puesto que su actitud fue totalmente desubicada e injusta. No, no volvería a este lugar ni lo recomiendo.

Location was great, food was sub par.

All the rooms are not remodeled. My friends were not happy with bed comfort in their room.
