Europe Hotel Sofia

Unbelievable poor quality. Rooms are dirty and worst of all there is no food or drinks available. Breakfast is closed. Lunch is closed. Evening meal closed, bars closed. And they offer B&B!!!!!! Awful. I checked out within 24 hours. Highly rated to stay away from this hotel

Wi-Fi didn't work, TV didn't work other than that it was fine, but certainly not a 4 star hotel!

I arrived to this hotel last week with a friend to stay in the suite we had booked there after our other property fell through at the last minute. When we arrived and checked in to hotel Europe, we went up to the room and found the *dirtiest* hotel room that either of us have ever found in any hotel or hostel where we have stayed, in any country in Europe, the US or Asia. I have several photos I can share of blood stains, cigarette burns, general dirt on duvets, sheets, the couch, etc. This hotel should NOT be on Booking.com or have a 4 star rating. NOBODY should stay here. We immediately went back downstairs and told the person at reception that we couldn't stay there because of the room. This non-smoking room even smelled like smoke and had a dirty ashtray at the door! He didn't seem at all shocked about us coming right back down and saying this, and he didn't even ask us what was wrong with the room or offer an alternative (something they later lied to Booking.com about saying that they would have offered an alternative room. It seems they're used to this reaction to the rooms and are simply scamming tourists. We asked him for a refund and he said we would just have to get in touch with Booking.com instead. Booking.com got in touch with the hotel and the hotel denied giving us a refund. An incredibly bad experience and this hotel should not even be open given what their staff obviously think is an okay condition for a hotel room. Again, this hotel is a SCAM! The restaurant, pool and bar are no longer operational and the rooms are disgusting. The worst level of hygiene we have seen around the world so in a hotel or hostel.

I was booked room on 9 March left deposit for room, when I came in hotel owner said me that someone paid more money and room is busy. So I am with closes, hungry and without hotel .... it very awful situation I have never seen it before, never book this hotel

Heating is not hot！no 24 hr Reception service I had morning flight but I have go out from underground parking garage door ! For 4 starts hotel on line this is not true! That was cheating for customer!

Everything is good

Excellent value for the price,worth staying outside centre,only £5 in yellow cab. Its not 4 star,but queen bed,. No coffee or tea in the room Room wasnt cleaned ,had to ask for clean towels after 2 days. No bar or restaurant operating ,no doubt COVID restrictions

Breakfast was not included and we paid for it.

i find it very disrespectful, when you get asked if you have used anything from the Mini bar, and then the receptionist asks to to wait until they check this. Then still asking me if i used a bottle of water..... and then saying no sir it is okay. ..............it is not OKAY let me tell you that.
