"Cheaters"

Do not go in this hotel because they are cheaters! They don`t have sauna and steam bath, pool is not working, internet is "premium worst". And they told that when we arrived, but on booking site they cheat about that. Therefore the price is very high for the place without this and with very poor breakfasts. We asked for relocate or refunding, but they told as that is not possible!? What about cheating from their site!?!?! Of course that is possible during takes the money!!! We contacted also Hotels.com and they told us that somebody will contact us for relocating, but NOTHING!!!

"Not a 4 star international standard hotel"

Entering the room you get this gas chlorine smell. From balcony a “nice” view to the pool which was full of pigeons and their dirt. Nobody cleaned there during our 4 days. Breakfast was old dry bread, warm yoghurt, nothing really tasty or fresh. Bad cleaning and missing towels which we had to ask for. No coffee, tea or shower gel was refilled in the room.

We had very large rooms, clean towels and cleaning every day. The hotel didn't live up to the promised - There was no poolbar, twice we found moldy food at the breakfast buffet, hardly any functioning machines in the gym, the skybar had a limited selection of drinks according to the drinksmenu (but the staff was very accomodating). Don't expect a hotel with 4 stars.

"Bardzo przestronne pomieszczenia, kuchnia "

Bardzo mile zaskoczony byłem wielkością apartamentu i wyposażeniem - duży plus. W łazience kolejna niespodzianka - wanna z jacuzzi. Klub fitness mały, ale funkcjonalny z sauną włączaną na życzenie. Śniadania smaczne.

"Not as espected"

It is rank 4 stars and the espectation are for a 4 stars hotel. When enter in teh room there was a bad smell. Need to keep the window open for feel better. The water from WC was continuosly running and making noise.
