"Room hadn't been used in a while. "

where to start, the light bulb had gone, the wi fi didn't work in the room only in the corridors, workman started drilling at 09:00 underneath my room on Saturday morning. The safe ran out of batteries, the tv remote, same thing, breakfast wasn't replenished so if you go within 30 mins of finish time you have slim pickings. Just a terrible place.

"Good apartment but smelly bathroom"

Our large apartment on the 7th floor was very good in general but it smelled very bad from the small bathroom and the lamp in the ceiling of the bedroom was not possible to turn of entirely.

"Low quality service"

Preliminarily was charged my card weanwhile I chosed pay at the hotel. Hotel.com not able to issue an invoice only receipt. The hotel was overbooked and I was directed to a poor quality hotel on first night. Gym was closed 6PM. Receptionist was over loaded and frustrated.

"Hotel muy lejos de la realidad de ser un 4*"

Hotel alejado del centro pero eso ya lo dice, está muy lejos de la realidad de ser un cuatro estrellas, las habitaciones son bastante antiguas pero bueno al final pasa a aceptable hay parking gratuito ( que está muy bien si alquilas coche) y el desayuno está bastante bien igual hay mucha variedad
