Palacio de Luces, Small Luxury Hotels

Lo cuidado que está todo y el exquisito gusto en la decoración. El personal es muy amable y están siempre pendientes. Los jardines muy cuidados y el edificio del Hotel junto a los anexos exteriores en perfecta armonía arquitectónica. El restaurante es excelente al igual que el bar con sus cocteles y tentempiés.

La zona del desayuno bufet está como en dos ámbitos, divididos por una escalera de cuatro o cinco peldaños que dificulta los desplazamientos de los clientes a veces 3 ó 4 veces entre donde están los alimentos y las mesas. En este hotel de esta categoría sería un punto a estudiar su mejora.

2 camas y no 1 grande Desayuno no buffet

On arrival we were initially greeted quite abruptly by a woman at the desk. Not by the reception staff [who was lovely, warm friendly and welcoming] but by a member of management. Our room was spacious clean & comfortable. We ate dinner on our first night in an empty dinning room, with no atmosphere. The fish of the day was over priced. However our waitress, Maricell was amazing. Understood my need for gluten free food.[coeliac] Was friendly, efficient and very professional.on our second night we ate in the gastrobar. Food was great and once again marcell was an amazing hostess. Immediately recognised my need for a gluten free diet. The staff on the ground were amazing. We used the pool, spa & gym which were all excellent. I had a massage which while the masseuse was great there was constant messages alerting on the hotel ipad. There was no concerige service available on arrival. There appeared to be a mulititude of managers hovering around at everypoint in the hotel, who completely ignored you. At times it felt you were in the way. The hotel had car chargers that were freely available and easy to use.
