El personal hace la estancia muy agradable. Tanto los animadores, camareras de piso, personal de recepción y restaurantes. Todos estupendos. Las instalaciones y comidas muy bien.

La habitación estaba muy bien, espaciosa y cómoda.

El buffet del desayuno muy abarrotado habiendo opciones de ampliar el salón y la disposición de la cosas no ayudaba a que fluyera. Zona muy ruidosa que hizo la experiencia del desayuno no fuera agradable.

Todo perfecto hemos estado un finde semana con los niños y lo hemos pasado genial a los niños les ha encantado el buffet había mucha variedad y el personal muy amable y atento muy recomendable para familias con niños por qué no se aburren para nada.

Lo único que no me gustó que hicimos la reserva por Booking y la recepcionista no era capaz de encontrar la reserva teniendo el número de confirmación hemos llamado 3 veces para poder solucionarlo yo creo que deberían de mejorar con las nuevas tecnologías que hay hoy en día y siendo Booking un motor de reserva tan enorme para todos los alojamientos. Lo único que me molestó pero el resto todo genial.
