Pyramisa Hotel Luxor

Unfriendly staff, I was met by a bellman who lied and said he was taking my bags up a different elevator up to my room and disappeared down a hallway for 20 minutes. He then came up the exact same elevator that I had been in so I have zero faith that he did not go through my luggage.I later investigated this hallway and unsurprisingly it did not lead to any elevator. The other staff encounters involve demanding tips for bringing me a shisha that I had paid for and then instead of saying thank you, they threatened me saying “keep it top secret” this place was a complete joke stay far away. Cleanliness was also a huge issue with the bar cups being filthy, drinks with a disgusting murky appearance and the customer service showing zero awareness

Fue una de las mejores experiencias de mi vida. De los mejores hoteles que he estado. A parte de que es precioso y cuenta con múltiples servicios, el personal te ayuda en lo que sea si lo necesitas. Nosotros tuvimos que pedir el favor de hacer el check out más tarde y no hubo ningún tipo de problema.
