Lo que más me gustó fue el personal tan amable y atento. Quiero destacar a Youssef/José y a Mohammad Amar, muy profesionales y serviciales. Las instalaciones son inmejorables. Muy buen desayuno y mucha variedad. Localización inmejorable. Repetiré seguro.

Beautiful, well-maintained place with lovely pool area and Nile views. The rooms are spacious and clean. Staff is friendly and attentive. Nice to sit outside in the evenings. Steigenberger is next door for restaurant options.

Roads outside the hotel are dirty and many taxi driver will start harassing you the moment you leave the hotel. Beautiful Luxor corniche is far away. Avoid local drinks by the pool, the ones we tried were either prepared with little to no alcohol.

새로운 건물에 숙박하게 되어서 시설이 깨끗하고 좋았습니다. 하지만 페인트나 새가구 냄새가 아직 많이 났습니다.

환기를 잘 시키고 방향제등으로 냄새를 개선할 수 있을 것입니다

"Un soggiorno speciale in Egitto grazie al Pyramisa - Grazie Abdul"

La struttura è in un’ottima posizione sul Nilo. Le camere sono molto belle, noi avevamo una camera vista fiume completa di tutti i confort. Abbiamo organizzato con loro, contattando il Super Abdul, Dall Italia tutto il nostro tour dell Egitto. Abdul ha organizzato trasferimenti, driver e biglietti per l ingresso nei templi compreso i trasferimenti in aeroporto. Ha funzionato tutto al secondo. Driver puntuali e tutto è andato perfettamente. Consiglio di appoggiarsi ad Abdul che troverete nella hall dell hotel per il vostro giro spendendo il giusto con la certezza di puntualità e precisione.

La sera sarebbe carino un piccolo intrattenimento anche musicale, visto che in zona non c è nulla

Un resort foarte frumos! In interior sunt flori si copaci foarte bine ingrijiti! O minunatie! Piscina foarte curata si atmosfera placuta! Vederea asupra Nilului este minunata! Intr-o dimineata am surprins si baloanele pe cer plutind! Mancarea a fost buna, sunt 3 tipuri de restaurante cu specific egiptean, italienesc si chinezesc! Au un fresh foarte bune cu piuree de mango si capsuni! Excelent! De Paste au servit la micul dejun si oua rosii! :) Daca aveti dubii sa luati de pe strada, puteti rezerva in lobby-ul hotelului sofer/taxi privat sa va duca unde aveti nevoie precum si diverse excursii! P.S. Va recomand excursia pe Nil cu barca Maggie Moon, o gasiti pe ponton, este un domn acolo care asteapta cu drag sa isi primeasca clientii! Ne-am simtit minunat in compania lui si a celor doi baieti ai lui care il ajutau!

Mancarea desi buna, nu sunt foarte multe optiuni in meniu, ar putea sa mai adauge diverse preparate! In rest, totul ok!
