Struttura molto bella con camera vista giardino e piscina. Ottima anche la colazione.

Il pessimo cameriere che di fronte ad una nostra richiesta di non metterci ghiaccio nelle bevande e di non portarci piatti con verdura cruda, per ovvi motivi legati a virus intestinali, che tutto il mondo conosce a parte lui, ha iniziato un siparietto con battute stupide per prenderci in giro. Sono un cliente, non suo fratello. Zero professionalità.

Personnel aimable. Petit-déjeuner copieux. Nous avons été surclassé dans le nouveau bâtiment qui était flambant neuf.

Les restaurants proposés par l'hôtel (restaurant italien et chinois) sont moyens.

We got a free upgrade to Nile view, from city view !! The guest relations staff was amazing and so hospitable. The room was so nice and clean. We got a breakfast box to go as we had an early morning hot air balloon. The pool gave free towels everyday and the pool was amazing! There was plenty of deckchairs and the grounds were beautiful. And the room had a safe and hairdryer and lots of bathroom shampoo and shower gel that was restocked.

酒店在4星级算环境一流，遇到的酒店内员工都非常友善，对于酒店优质环境和亲民价格，设施陈旧的小问题完全可以忽略

非常中肯的说早餐比较一般，比较头疼的是酒店除了大堂其余地方包括房间没有wifi网络

Pool and view is nice. That’s it

I’d like to say first I’m not one to complain unless service is absolutely unforgivable. It started before we even arrived. I asked two times on two separate occasions through booking.com if they could send a shuttle from the airport. They never answered, only once other issued had arised and they couldn’t resolve it would they messaged me back. One check in the host said he “upgraded us”. We didn’t realize till they finally changed us to the third room later they actually had downgraded us. Our first two rooms were different from the one advertised. The first two rooms were dingey and all 3 rooms were dirty. They put us out of the first room as we complained it was visibly dirty with not working air conditioning and there was a gecco in there. The room was hotter inside than outside. But it’s not like we could open the balcony as clearly geccos get in even on the 6th floor. Also the TV didn’t work. The second room had a whole foot print on the bed sheet and no working AC and still didn’t match the description on booking.com. but at that point it’s 2am and we’re ready to go so we sleep in the room and contact booking.com as we were being gaslit. Then once we get them involved they got us the exact room in the booking pictures with same view and updated look. Room was still a bit dirty with a pink handprint on the door but at least the AC finally worked. Everything else was fine but our experience was tainted as we lost half a day in Luxor to this.

Tout était absolument parfait du début à la fin. L’ensemble du personnel a été aux petits soins tout au long de notre séjour. La piscine était incroyablement propre et la vue tout simplement magnifique. Notre chambre était récente, impeccable et très confortable. Le lit ainsi que les oreillers étaient parfaits, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la gentillesse et le dévouement du personnel lorsque nous avons égaré des lunettes. Toute l’équipe s’est mobilisée pour nous aider à les retrouver, et le directeur de l’hôtel est même venu personnellement à notre chambre pour nous offrir son aide. Ce niveau d’attention et de service est rare et mérite d’être souligné. Notre seul regret est de ne pas être restés dans cet hôtel pendant toute la durée de notre voyage. Nous avons adoré notre expérience. Merci infiniment à toute l’équipe !

Emplacement idéal au bord du Nil et chambre moderne dans une nouvelle aile du bâtiment, tout juste rénovée

La nouvelle aile de l’hôtel avec des chambres est encore en travaux, ce qui peut gêner le matin au réveil
