Staff always want a tip from you, rude and hardly speak English, unwilling to help, gym was broke down only 2 machine was kind of working and the rest was broken, they even ask me to climb in from the window was the door was broken, also breakfast was poor, not recommended travellers to stay.

This hotel is dated and run down. The toilet leaked, the doors don’t shut tight, the reading light above the bed was out, and internet connection was spotty. The breakfast buffet was good and the staff friendly but it was not a comfortable and relaxing hotel. The best thing about our stay was the live music that played in the lobby.

This hotel is struggling. This is not a luxury hotel by any means. Very old installations, mouldy, no wi-fi in the rooms just in the lobby (this hotel is massive so if you will stay in the lobby it's a 5 minute walk from the chalet area), a very limited selection for room service. I paid extra to get a Nile view but the management just deceived me saying that I can't get that room because I will have to stay in a twin room, which was not what I paid for, instead they put me in a room facing some trees. The management has to lie constantly and deceive the few customers that have now justifying the lack of what they advertise due to renovations. If you read the reviews this has been the excuse for more than a year, so this is just a plain lie. The hotel is very old and needs an urgent renovation. This hotel is just terrible, I regret staying here and even more paying extra to get a nice view.

We loved our stay at the Pyramisa Isis Island. We are a family of 5 with 3 teens/tweens - not easy to please all of us, but this place did. The location is beautiful and serene. It is, not surprisingly, located on an island in the Nile and is reachable only by a free ferry. The hotel is clean and our beds were very comfortable. We are in the Italian restaraunt and had a good meal. It wasn't the best food we have ever eaten, but it was one of the better ones we had while in the country. There are 2 pools, but we were there in winter so only one was open, but it was clean and beautiful, too. The service provided by everyone from baggage handling to pool guys to restaurant wait staff was excellent. These guys are as friendly as the reviews we read say. I highly recommend this hotel for comfort, location, beauty. As an added bonus, we had drinks each evening at the lovely sunset terrace. It was the most restful spot in Egypt. Loved it! The picture is the view from there.

This hotel is NOT FIVE STAR HOTEL. Please change the rating to 2 or 3 star. They did not have the room that we paid for. They gave it to someone else. With 2 kids at night we felt stranded without a room. They were try to offer us 2 seprate extremely dirty low quality rooms not even connected. What a scam from Expedia
