Taodomus Boutique Hotel

Hotel Taodomus is a beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of the historic part of Taormina. Everything was perfect starting with a very nice welcome at check in. Our room was lovely. Even thought we were on the second floor right over the main street the windows were heavy glass that blocked out the street noise. The room was on the small side but more than adequate and very nicely furnished and very clean and well maintained. Breakfast had many lovely offerings and was in the beautiful rooftop bar area with lovely views and delicious food. The hotel arranged a taxi for us to the train station when we were leaving. I left behind a few things I did not need anymore and they were so attentive that they called our taxi driver to make sure I did not accidently forget the items I left behind!

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Taodomus in the beautiful town of Taormina. The hotel is situated perfectly for exploring the town and its amazing sights. This boutique hotel provides a calm, relaxing retreat from the busy town. The room was very comfortable with beautiful views of the sea and Mount Etna. Breakfast was excellent and served on the roof terrace - a fabulous space which was also open in the evenings for drinks before strolling out into the town to one of the many great restaurants. All the staff were friendly, efficient and always available to help in any way. In summary, I would strongly recommend this hotel for a stay in Taormina.

Lovely hotel, excellent location. Rooms all in really great condition, with stylish decor. Staff were all really helpful and a special mention to the barman and chef. Cocktails and breakfast were a treat.

The staff at hotel was wonderful! Maria and Julia went over and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Julia made great recommendations for dinner and hooked us up with Go Etna for our tour of Mt Etna and it was perfect. Breakfast was great and the bartender made great cocktails pre-dinner.

Hotel staff was so helpful and kind during our stay. We loved the location since it was close to so many sites within walking distance. The room was very comfortable for the two of us. Would definitely come back!

The Taodomus is a wonderful property with the nicest staff. Rooms are sparkling clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. The rooftop was lovely with a great view of the city. With only 9 rooms it was hard to believe that the hotel could be so well staffed. The location is the best on Corso Umberto, conveniently close to Porta Catania.

We had a lovely stay at this small boutique hotel, there were only eight rooms in the room we stayed and had a balcony overlooking the main street. The windows are soundproof and we had no issues in October with hearing the sound from the street.. They have a wonderful rooftop balcony where they serve their buffet breakfast and they also serve cocktails and small bites in the evening.

There was not enough information given about the fact that the taxi could not go to the hotel and we were left at the wrong end of a very long road. The stairs were quite steep and quite a climb for the elderly. We were helped with the luggage.
