Personeller çok ilgili ,otelde çok temizdi.

Taormina merkezde olduğu için özel araçla gelmek trafikten dolayı özellikle akşama saatlerinde problem.

Great quality hotel in Taormina, comfortable rooms and really good & proper breakfast. Our favorite is the chef’s omelette! The balcony door is very sound proof, we can barely hear the noise from the street at night. There is an elevator to bring your luggages up. Very friendly staff and good service. We enjoyed our stay very much!

The location was excellent, on the heart of Taormina, close to all key areas. The room was well appointed, with a sizeable balcony and stunning view of the sea and Mount Etna. The facilities in the room were modern and all that was needed. The service was outstanding and breakfast was the best we’ve had in any hotel ever.

Booking.com customer service was extremely unprofessional,especially customer service supervisor,Sabrina. Would not respond to my concerns if I do not hear from Sabrina in the next seven days, I will never use your company again and tell everyone not to use Booking.com.

Hotel maravilhoso e Localização excelente

Doskonała lokalizacja, butikowy obiekt. Jakościowe śniadania, możliwość zamawiania śniadań z karty - super opcja. Większość Zespołu o wysokiej kulturze i z troska o Klienta.

W dniu wyjazdu poprosiłam o możliwość wymeldowania godzinę później, ponieważ musieliśmy odebrać auto po drugiej stronie miasta, które jest trudne w poruszaniu się - jedna osoba musi iść po auto, zostawić je na jednym z parkingów i przyjść po pozostałe osoby i bagaże piechotą i wszyscy muszą pójść znowu na parking.... czekała nas ponad 4 godzinna podróż do kolejnego miejsca, usłyszałam obcesowa odpowiedź ze nie bo o 13 będzie grupa Amerykanów... którzy nie rezerwują przez booking - .doba zaczyna się od 16 tej, czyli Amerykanie są lepiej traktowani niż inni...słabo....byłaby 10 tka a pozostał spory niesmak, była jeszcze propozycja że 20 minut dłużej możemy zostać i Pani nas " nie policzy" - tu już granice śmieszności zostały przekroczone. Jesteśmy otwarci na argumenty ale tu było to na zasadzie nie bo nie.

Complicated lift. Very small reception and the breakfast is average.. The team is nice specially Chiara but the value is not worth the experience…
