That hostel is a nightmare!! After paying your booking online, they asked for other fees like taxes which already in my full fee. Daily cleaning but never happened! Another fee for inside bathroom but I booked with toilet. Insects in the room. No chairs or benches for waiting people. Leave your luggages but pay per bag.I paid another 500hkd unexpected fees but no choice I couldn't refund or cancel. The most part....VERY RUDE PEOPLE!!! No concern to customers!!! Dont let your clients not to use hotels.com because of those greedy businesses!!! Choose your clients too!! The worst hotel experience for me!! Never stay in that hostel again!!

Not clean ,very small room ,not change bed sheets.

i have been travelled worldwide, one of the worst ,,super ,smart intelligent hotel. i have never seen in my life.. They are promoting good, but the serivice is VERY VERY VERY POOR.I DONT HAVE WORDS TO DESCRIBE THIS WORST HOTEL.

No one was available for my check in. I waited for more than 1 hour and nobody showed up. I ended up going somewhere else.

3rd floor reception try charging u for non existant fees. I was only suppose to be pay cleaning fee of hk$25 upon arrival but the manager rudely asked for extra hk$70. Do not fall for this and refuse to pay. Check your confirmation email because some plcs do ask for $70 or $80 fees but mine clearly stated a $25 cleaning fee only. Small cockroaches in my room and a terrible bed.

THE ROOM DOES NOT MATCH THE PICTURE!!!!! ROOM WAS TINY AND DIRTY. VERY CRAMPED. NEIGHBOR WAS WASHING MEAT IN PUBLIC BATHROOM. MY PERSONAL BATHROOM WHICH I HAD TO PAY EXTRA FOR HAD A SEWAGE SMELL COMING FROM IT. OLDER GENTLEMAN IN RECEPTION EXTREMELY RUDE AND YELLED AT ME OVER A RECEIPT WHILE I WAS TRYING TO LOOK FOR IT IN MY BAG. HE THEN WENT ON A RANT ABOUT HOW WE ARE NOT LIKE CHINESE PEOPLE. TAKE THIS HOSTEL OFF YOUR BOOKING SITE NOW!

Try to avoid this hostel. Cheating and overpriced.

the most terrible and horrible hostel accomodation experience ever...the owner is rude and hot tempered and money scammer...he asked for more money for a very bad service.
