The parking is behind the building and you may miss it. Also, there are no elevators, so if you are on the 3rd floor like us lugging suitcases up the stairs was tough. Doable but you need to know. This hotel is awesome, and in a great part of town.

Beautiful hotel right on the Ludwigstrasse with lovely cafes and shopping. We had a rental car which was easy to park right behind the hotel. Don't miss breakfast which included fresh rolls and homemade jams! Beds were comfy and room was very clean. Absolutely recommend, we hope to visit again!!

We had an absolutely lovely time staying here over labor day weekend. The staff was extraordinarily helpful and kind. They had lots of great recommendations and really made us feel at home. The rooms were fun had a great view. Can't recommend highly enough.

Room was bigger than expected and staff was extremely friendly. They spoke pretty good English (way better than my German). Dinner was also great there! Best Schnitzel I’ve had of the three restaurants I’ve tried.

We enjoyed the 2 bedroom room. Hotel is located in a great location. Had dinner several nights at the hotel restaurant. Some of the best traditional German dishes. Will stay here again.

"Fraundorfer is always our only option in Garmisch"

Amazing place to stay. This was our 4th time staying here. We will stay here again. The staff is very friendly, food is sehr lecker, rooms are like apartments, parking is available but a bit tight, this is hardly a complaint, this is Europe.

I have been here for dinner a number of times but this was the first time I stayed. Our 2 bedroom suite worked perfectly for the 4 nights we stayed. Of course we booked dinner, always very good with good music, company and Bavarian slap dancing. Breakfast was buffet style with healthy choices and perfect to start the day.
