Was a delightful place run by caring women. Great food and location.

A small German family run restaurant and hotel, we loved every bit of it! Clean accommodations, extremely friendly service, Quite and wonderful!

This hotel has it all! Bavarian style, culture and staff with warm hearts. They made us feel like family. They have an accordion player in the evening with some authentic dancers. Food and beer were great. Basheel and Christopher we will miss you. We’ll be back!

This was out second tome staying in one of the Junior Suites. We love this place due to its friendly staff, great food, cold beer, dog friendly (as long as your dog is), and it’s location. Walking distance to everywhere in Partenkirken, even the Olympic Stadium. Loads of shops and picturesque building fronts. One morning, why enjoying the view of the Zugspitze, I heard the familiar sounds of cow bells dinging and donging, I look to the street and sure enough, a herd of cattle, marching down the “one way” brick street. We cannot wait for our next trip there to stay at this fabulous family owned place.

The room smelled of cigarette smoke. There is some shopping nearby but if you want to see the center of town be prepared to walk over 1 mile each way. It was convenient to be able to park on site, but you do have to pay a fee.

The room was good, and everything very clean. Breakfast was average , however could not believe the rudeness of the staff…! Both at checkin (not so bad, but still not polite..) and at breakfast. We asked politely for a croissant to be reheated ..- and the response was ‘NEIN’ (full stop!). There were eggs available- but they would offer them only boiled …. Pity- because the building is pretty and rooms in good condition and clean. And the location good - for Partenkirchen (it’s not in Garmisch!).

This place was amazing! The staff were friendly and accommodating, the rooms were very comfortable and clean and the restaurant was one of the best I’ve been too and I travel a lot. Overall just an amazing experience.

Great location in the old town of Partenkirchen. Lots of shops and restaurants within a short walk. The hotel is a great place for breakfast, dinner, and afternoon drinks outside.

Nice old building with hotel above a restaurant and bar. Breakfast not included and cost 10.50 euros and cold selection of bread, cheese, meats, fruit and cereal. The room across from us had loud partying. Distance is .7-.8 mile from train so a little hike while pulling a carry-on. Good news was a free bus pass for your entire stay after check-in. Ate one evening meal there and food ok.

I travelled from away, kindness and helpfulness from hotel staff are most crucial to us to ensure a good memorable trip. At check in, I was met with the worst service possible. There was no hotel reception and no one offers any help. I am totally abhorred and lost. I was asked by hotel.com for a review on our check in. I truthfully said how I felt! At breakfast I was told off by hotel lady that I should not said what I did as it be on the internet. To me, a review is to help other travelers like myself to make informed choices. There was NO service recovery at all though they knew my unhappy experiences. This have given me a very bad impression on Garmisch. I was hopeful to return for a ski trip, given the very bad service and rude people I encountered at this hotel, I will never returned again. My next stop was Regensburg and the hotel and services are so amazing. I will return to Germany again.
