Bij de boeking werd verwezen bij Expedia, dat het ontbijt was inbegrepen. Dit kwam extra op 12€ P/P even dopper als je er vanuit gaat dat het inbegrepen is. Ook de parking had een hoog prijskaartje 9€ per nacht.

Très déçu par cet hôtel, la photo ne reflet pas la réalité. Accueil fort désagréable, alors que j'avais demandé une chambre au calme, nous nous sommes retrouvé dans une chambre lugubre donnant sur le passage du parking et sur la route très passante à l'arrière du bâtiment. Pendant les 4 nuits que nous avons passées là, la chambre n'a pas été faite, ni les lits et il y avait des montons dessous. C'est catégorique, je ne reviendrais jamais dans cette chaîne d’hôtel !

Friendly staff, great service. Don’t be put off by the road side exterior. All the beauty is in the courtyard.

Le matin, la douche est froide et impossible de prendre une douche chaude. C'est inacceptable à ce prix là. Pour un prix de 220 euros!!! Petits déjeuners, les viennoiseries sont dures et sèches, pas fraîches en tout cas.

Net hotel, met auto aankomen en parkeren levert ietwat problemen op. receptie/ingang niet direct herkenbaar / niet goed aangegeven. op sommige punten op leeftijd, wel schoon en zuiver. kamer netjes met kleinigheden.

Overall great experience excellent value for money

We arrived early as we came straight from the ferry. The Manager was great and let us check in early and locked our bikes away each night in a store room. The car park is secure but there is a daily charge. Otherwise it is on street parking outside the hotel. The hotel is just a short walk from town. The hotel room and ensuite bathroom were massive and had everything you could need. All the staff were really friendly and helpful. The area was great for cycling and we started by doing the Ypres Peace Route which takes you through great countryside but moving seeing all the WW1 memorials and cemeteries. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to this area.

Nice size rooms, basic breakfast but adequate, Central location in a rather sleepy town with not much character. Staff excellent and very helpful.

OK but I could hear every other person in rooms above
