Walkable to the bus station. Great breakfast. Great for staging to Torres del Paine

Very easy walk from bus station, nice restaurant in hotel. They also rent hiking sticks.

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was personable and went above and beyond my expectations! Helped with luggage, came up with solutions for some last-minute travel problems, and even answered the phone late at night when my bus was held up at the border- and kept the front desk open after hours until I arrived. Close to the bus station, and not too long of a walk to the restaurants/shops in town. Used the hostel as a home base for traveling throughout Patagonia.

I am a pretty easy going traveler but I felt like the hotel was very small and the WiFi was not very good. It was an okay experience but there are better places in town for your money.

Closed to bus terminal with 5 minutes walking but bathroom is bad for shower . Breakfast is simple

Friendly welcome. Clean rooms. Free luggage storage when staying twice (good for hikers). Abundant breakfast. Food service available. Reliable wifi. Closest to bus station. 4 blocks from city square. Very helpful and cheerful staff. Highly recommend.

I stayed at Alcazar before and after hiking in Torres del Paine. It's a few blocks away from the town center but the location actually makes it more ideal for backpackers due to the proximity of the bus terminal. You're looking at 5-10 min walk to/from the bus terminal, whereas it would be more like 20 min if staying in the town center. I was able to leave a bag with the Alcazar during my stay in TP for free, and use their laundry service when I returned. The rooms are as old as everything else in the area but still comfortable. Black-out curtains would be very welcome in these rooms, but otherwise it was sufficient. The owners are very nice people and try very hard to make their guests comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay here. We stayed for 2 nights then left our luggage with them as we trekked the 'W' circuit then returned and stayed a few more nights. We also rented walking sticks from them. It was nice because we had our own bedroom & bathroom. Great Internet connection, cable tv, etc. the staff were very friendly. Breakfast included & theycleaned daily & provided towels. They were also able to exchange our dollars to Chilean and argentine pesos. Btw if ur trekking the W you can pay dollars or pesos. Ithink you could also pay with credit card, but not 100% certain

Great spot for a night in Puerto Natales. Staff was friendly and spoke English. Room was clean. Quiet.
