Okay accommodation for one night . The staff was not the best, I had to ask and explain several times what I needed - it wasn't a language issue as Spanish is my mother tongue

There were four of us in the room. The beds were comfy and everything was very clean. We even had a little sitting area with a TV. The reception was excellent and even put out breakfast early because we had to catch a bus

Conveniently located in Puerto Natales if visiting Torres del Paine .. Economical compared to the outrageously expensive accomodation within the park itself. Not a flash part of Puerto Natales .. But the hotel is pleasant, clean and secure enough to compensate. rooms good - clean and reasonably spacious (ie . Not walk in cupboard sized! Reasonable experience .. But charging for thermos water a little on the gouge the tourist side ..

Very old hotel and facilities and too much noise it us impossible to rest during night you car hear all the conversation, steps etc.

Nice hotel and with good facilities. About 5 minute walk to the bus station and 10 minutes to center of town

Nice people run the place. It is a few blocks away from the town center so it's a relatively cheap hotel for a over-priced tourist town. This is the no-frills option.

We stayed one night at Alcazar on the way to Torres del Paine national park. The owner was very friendly and helped us book bus tickets to the park the next day and answered a few logistical questions we had about getting around in the patagonia region. The location was OK. It took about 5-10min to walk to the center of Puerto Natales. The rooms were small, but they were fine for our purposes. The area seemed safe and the hotel was clean. Overall, this is a good place to stay for a night.

We had a late arrival and they waited up to check us in. They arranged a tour for the next morning and had lunch ready for us to take. The daughter who worked the desk some of the time had better grasp of english and made it easier to communicate with. It seems to be a family run hotel and they go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The room was a bit small but we had a view of the city and the lake.

Cheap hotel, especially for group of 3 Also, cheap laundry service by the kilo Friendly staff, great fruit loaves at breakfast. The location is about 20 minute walk from downtown though...
