Hotel Lehmeier

The Hotel Lehmeier exceeded my expectations. My room was spacious and modern. The bathroom was also up to date with a walk-in shower. The restaurant served a delicious dinner. And free internet access...something that has become a rariety. Would recommend this hotel to everyone!

Decided to stay in the countryside and catch the train into Nurnberg for a 2006 World Cup match and found Hotel Lehmeier. We flew in late and told Herr Lehmeier that we would arrive late but we got lost on a country road and arrived real late -- 2:00 AM late. So we knocked loudly and the good Herr poked his head out of the window and greeted us and then got us checked-in and was very pleasant and hospitable about it. The rooms were very clean and we enjoyed the small town atmosphere in the city center. We had dinner one night and the food was very good. Parking is tight so once you get a spot just walk or take the train. We received great service for everything we requested during our stay. If I get a chance to go back to Germany, I would stay here again.

My family and I have been staying at Hotel Lehmeier for years and can't say enough good things about it. The family who owns and operates it are always welcoming and even speak a little bit of English. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The food is delicious and breakfast is ample and included in the rate. I would highly recommend staying here if you're in the area.
