The place was amazing. The old palace was beautiful. Our appartment was simple, but really nicely decorated, suited to the old house's atmosphere. The pool was excellent and clean. The view from the pool was amazing. There was even a toilet build inside the old watchtower. And the view from the watchtower was breathtaking.

I did enjoy the apartment, the whole atmosphere was very authentic, in a good way. The views and the ambiance at the property is magnificent and during my stay it was also very calm and private. What I also liked was that the pool area was slightly further from the house so it was a bit more private.

I was not able to find a wifi connection at my apartment and it was at times slightly frustrating as the mobile internet connection in Tuscan mountains is not always the most reliable one.

Noi abbiamo prenotato all'ultimo minuto per un disguido con altro hotel ma alcune cose sono da migliorare...la pulizia,l'accesso alla struttura è alquanto disconnesso nell'ultimo tratto,non c'è televisore,non c'è set di cortesia,con un prezzo così almeno un cappuccino ed una brioche al mattino.

Authentic Tuscan Charm, fantastic pool, on-site food and beverage, local wine for sale at reception, host Greta always on hand to assist, very close to Palaia with a number of great restaurants and fantastic Pizza takeout.

Better equipped kitchen for longer staying guests.

Very nice place, old building but renovated. The apartment was a very good size, the pool is great.

The furniture is a bit dusty. No nets are installed on the windows so it’s full of bugs (scorpions, grasshoppers, spiders, etc.). The host was very rude to us. There’s no extra service there (no food).
