Paco Residence Benessere & Relax

I couldn’t recommend a better place for stay than Paco’s apartments. It’s one of the top stays in my experience traveling around Europe. The communication is brilliant, staff friendly and helpful. Paco recognised us when we were moving around the garden, welcomed warmly and was approachable in case of any questions. Upon arrival we were informed that we got an upgrade of the room which was amazing surprise after a long trip. Absolutely beautiful place with all the spectacular trees and plants and the Mountain View in the backyard while using the facilities. Sauna and swimming pools are class and would say the very comfortable option if you would like to rest. I was traveling with my mum and her sister and they were in love with the place and how pretty it is. The bus stop a few minutes walk down to the main road. also Paco helped us with car rental. 100% worth money. These days it’s hard to find that level of hospitality :) Thank you! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Superb, excelent!

Beautiful pools and property but terrible wifi, dishes were filthy. Requires car to get around - restaurants are within walking distance but the walk to anything, including bus stops, is extremely steep and requires that you are in good shape (preferably not lugging around small children). Property on exterior is lovely but rooms are quite dated. No cafes near by, but they offer quite possibly the worst coffee I've ever tasted in an expensive vending machine. Beer and prepackaged cornettos also are available in the machine.

Lovely hotel close to spiaggia citara and spiaggia cava dell isola (our favorite). We stayed with our two children and really enjoyed it. The hill up to the hotel is steep to say the least but shouldn't put you off. Not plush but rustic. Kitchenette and barbecue perfect for doing your own meals.

Il residence è molto accogliente, personale gentile... gli appartamenti dispongono di un ampio balcone/terrazzo, bella la vista e le piscine... l'unica cosa è che consiglio di affittare uno scooter o una macchina perchè il residence si trova parecchio in salita. Lo consiglio per chi vuole passere del tempo in completo relax!!

Sono partito con lo scopo di passare un fine settimana in totale relax-operazione riuscita. Il residence e una classica costruzione di tipo mediterraneo inserito in un bel giardino di tropicale ottime le due piscine con temperature diverse in quella piu calda si sta volentieri anche ore.

Das Appartement war zweckmäßig ausgestattet, allerdings wäre eine bessere Küchenausstattung für Selbstversorger wünschenswert. Beispiel: 3 Pfannen, aber kein Pfannenwender (erst auf Nachfrage), Mini-Espressomaschine passt nicht auf den Gasherd (weil zu klein und kein Unterstellgitter vorhanden). Außerdem wird zwar gratis W-LAN angeboten, aber nur in der Lobby und nicht auf den Zimmern oder am Pool etc. Da würde. Ein W-Lan-Router mit etwas mehr Reichweite für erheblich mehr Komfort sorgen! Das große Außengelände hat eine schöne Vegetation, hat aber offenbar schon bessere Zeiten gesehen (leerstehender Pavillon), ist aber etwas vernachlässigt und rundherum stehen ein paar Bauruinen. Die beiden hauseigenen Thermal-Pools sind zwar klein, aber schön warm (und wegen der abgeschiedenen Lage sehr praktisch, auf den Besuch teurer Thermen kann man so auch verzichten, falls nicht zu viele Gäste im Haus anwesend sind), Die Natur-Sauna ist sehr rustikal und schlicht, erfüllt aber bei Kälte bestimmt ihren Zweck. Wichtig: ohne (kleines!) Auto ist Paco Res. nur schwer zu erreichen, es sind vom Haus aus ca 15 min Fußmarsch steil hinunter in einen Vorort von Forio und ca. 30 Min wieder hinauf (bei Sommerhitze sehr anstrengend). Zum Zentrum von Forio ist es zu weit zum Laufen, aber mit Bus oder Pkw kein Problem. Wichtig:Keine Einkaufsmöglichkeit oben am Berg.Fazit: eine günstige Unterkunft für Leute gut zu Fuß und ohne Ansprüche, etwas abgelegen, aber mit tollem Ausblick! Bedingte Empfehlung.
