Good position Nice roof deck to sit on Comfortable room

Noisy with window open as it’s on Main Street of old town Unacceptable and totally unnecessary additional charges!! 5 Euro for an extra egg over and above the single egg that each person gets at breakfast 2 Euro for a tea bag used in room after the first and only complimentary one used per stay (not per day) 2.5 Euro charge per beach towel used, despite bringing the beach towel back same day! Why?, in a 5 star hotel??

Room lay out was average for hotel rating ..& there was no WiFi in our room..ridiculous for 5 star hotel in 2025 .? Had to use Ethernet for laptop..

The cost of this hotel room was high and we expected more for what we paid. Breakfast was included but had additional costs if, for example, one wanted an egg. The location was good and the room was smaller than expected. Our stay was pleasant but we would not return.

Highly recommend this charming, historic hotel! Elegant & very clean w/ superb staff & warm assistance w/ dinner reservations. Breakfast on rooftop terrace was ample & quite good. Will return with my husband!
