Hotel Palazzo Papaleo

Localização! O hotel fica no centro histórico ao lado da catedral de mosaicos. Limpeza , serviço .. café da manhã muito bom e funcionários atenciosos.. ok , tudo ótimo!

Tínhamos café da manhã já incluso na diária… porém tinha coisas no cardápio que precisava pagar como : 7€ em quatro fatias de bacon .. Mas ok tirando isso era tudo perfeito .

Fantastic location within the old town. The breakfast was good, varied. The staff were absolutely wonderful; very friendly, accommodating, helpful.

The Palazzo itself is looking tired. We stayed in the 'Suite' the first night, and the room is very unimpressive. Except for the beautifully painted ceiling, the furnishings in the room were a hodgepodge of aged and unique pieces and ugly 70's vibe decor. Having said that, our son stayed in a cheerful single room with a lovely terrace. The entrance to the hotel is nondescript. The Palazzo is supposedly a 5-Star accommodation, but it doesn't have a gym or pool, and it could desperately use an interior designer's help.

Next to sea in old town , staff were lovely arranging transport to and from station and giving us a quiet room

The locaton os this hotel is in The heart of Otranto. The Staff is exceptional. I would receomend to anyone visting Otranto. The hotel roooms are very comfortable.
