"Teleurstellend"

Ontvangst zeer onpersoonlijk, haastig en ongeinteresseerd. Wij voelden ons zeker niet welkom. Kamer gedateerd en klein, slechts 1 stoel maar wel schoon. Badkamer wel oké en heel schoon. Bediening in restaurant wederom zeer gehaast en onpersoonlijk. Geen bediening bij ontbijt, niemand te zien.

"Great price, free parking and close to the action."

We were able to park near the hotel and the hotel was close to downtown Stuttgart. This was a great stopping place on our trip through Germany.

"à éviter absolument!"

accueil agressif(arrivév vers 21:30)pourquoi n'avoir pas diné à notre restaurant!aprés avoir rempli la fiche d'état civil(connue dans ma réservation Expédia)copie du passeport(jamais en Allemagne) et de ma carte de crédit(si j'ai des débits non voulus je porte plainte)lit dur comme une planche,petit déjeuner trop cher vu ce qui est proposé.

"Freezing in the room"

The air condition system run for all the night!! I was freezing and nobody was able to disconnect it. In my room I had 16 degrees when in the rest of the hotel the heating suystem was one.

"Uitstekend verzorgd hotel"

Zeer verzorgd hotel met nette kamers en uitstekende service van het personeel. Parkeergelegenheid bijhotel aanwezig en gratis te gebruiken, maar krap bemeten.
