The Cathedral Hotel

Food was good quality and a lot of choice. Good size room. Friendly staff. Good service. Helped had to change room due to no water in room this was done without question.

No onsite restaurant could use sister hotel but that closes at 8:30 and arrived there at 8:27 to be told kitchen closed. only downside is if you have a lot of luggage there is no lift.

There was a slight mix up over our room allocation but the hotel couldn't have been nicer in sorting it out, gave us a better room and even offered us a free drink. The hotel is a really comfortable home away from home with everything you need and a really copious breakfast with lots of fresh things

In General, all rooms inc Bedroom need lick of Paint, Upgrade Furniture etc to reflect price charged per Night!!Bath Taps difficult to turn On/Off. No Hairdryer in Room. .

The bedrooms and other rooms were pretty ordinary. A premiere Inn would have been better value., Would have scored higher if it had been cheaper

The hotel is ideally placed if visiting the centre of Lichfield.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. It was quiet and very comfortable.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the hotel is conveniently located 10' by walking from the train station. Full English breakfast served in the morning, great quality! Beds are very comfy.

I couldn't figure out how to turn the hot water on in the shower. Rooms design needs a bit of update. The breakfast room is shabby but with character
