Hotel excelente, com vista para Lauberhorn. Restaurante muito bom. Atendimento muito bom. Quarto confortável e limpo. Importante destacar que só se chega de trem (fácil acesso, pode deixar o carro no estacionamento da estação)

Service im Restaurant war etwas "chaotisch" (Tische verwechselt, planloser Service, wer ist für welchen Tisch zuständig?)

Sehr nah am Bahnhof, fast daneben.

- Zu wenige Steckdosen im Zimmer (nur eine) - keine Konfitüre beim Frühstück -Halbpensions-Abendessen: 2x gehabt, nur jeweils Suppe keinen Salat (im Sommer)
