En particular estuvo excelente todo. Excepto que en booking decía que incluía la pileta y el spa, pero justo cuando fuimos estaba en mantenimiento (lo podían haber puesto en la página)

Ich hätte liebend gern das Schwimmbad erlebt. Bis Ende Juni im Umbau. Das Zimmer und auch das Innere des Hotels ist renoviert und in Ordnung. Architektonisch jedoch weit unter der anmutigen Aussensicht. Das Hotel müsste mit Liebe und Sachverstand renoviert werden, nicht nur mit Zweckmass. Dann wäre es ein echtes Viersternehotel. Jetzt ist es eher überteuert.

I like having the balcony from my room and to the bridge way next to my room. The water pressure was nice. The people working at the front were very helpful. The view from the room balcony was beautiful.

I didn't like that there were two small mattress for one full bed. I wish it was one full mattress. Our room was next to the entertainment area, and it was hard to fall asleep after a long day of exploration while music was still sung. It was beautiful music but I wish it didn't go until 10. I was also disappointed that I didn't get the room that has a full view of the valley. My view was cut off by the building and trees by the train station. Turning on the heat was not getting warm. I hope that when guest check you, you show how to turn on heat in the room.

La ubicación excelente a metros de la estación de tren literalmente, la vista impecable desde la habitación y la atención de los chicos tanto En recepción como en le restorán

No andaba la calefacción nos prestaron de milagro una estufa radiador portátil ya que a la noche hacía frío 12 grados y no tiene heladera al menos mini teníamos medicación para enfriar y tuvimos que pedir en recepción para que la guarden además la habitación era pequeña

Water temperature in the shower would sometimes change on its own from freezing to boiling. We realize this can happen when others in nearby rooms use water, etc (happens in our home sometimes as well ;-)

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Breakfast was outstanding with a great selection of options. View from the hotel was breathtaking. The room was spotless, comfortable, and conveniently located. Communication was excellent throughout our stay, and everything was handled smoothly, making the experience completely stress-free. Overall, this was a wonderful stay, and we would happily recommend this hotel to other travellers.
